Tanjung Bungah

Tanjung Bungah is a suburb located along the north eastern coast of Penang island between Tanjung Tokong and Batu Ferringhi. Tanjung Bungah is a well-known beach destination with several hotel resorts along the beaches within the area. Over time, residential high-rises have mushroomed all over Tanjung Bungah.

In addition, the suburb is home to a significant expatriate population; foreigners made up 5.7% of Tanjung Bungah's population as of 2010.
